Appalachian Trail - Devil's Fork Gap NC to Hot Springs, NC

Day 1 - October 22, 2018

I hotels up near the highway and drove the early morning into Hot Spring to meet with my shuttle driver. There was some miscommunication and he didn't come on time. There is very little cell service so I could not call him, but luckily one local did have the right provider and the driver came quick as soon as the mixup was resolved.

I am still looking for my notes of this trip but I took three days to hike southbound back to my car parked in Hot Springs.

After the hike I went up to Blacksburg, VA to watch at Virginia Tech/Georgia Tech game live in Lane Stadium.
